Mykaela and John’s love story began in the most unexpected way during the quiet days of quarantine in 2020. It was a time when the world slowed down, and amidst the stillness, Mykaela received a friend request from John. Intrigued by his profile picture of him playing guitar at church, she decided to accept, not knowing it would change her life forever. 

Just a few days later, John posted a song Mykaela loved on his Instagram story. Without thinking much of it, she hearted his story. To her surprise, he responded, and their conversation ignited from there. He shared that he was learning the song on guitar, and before they knew it, they were on a FaceTime call that same night.

What started as a casual chat quickly turned into hours of laughter and connection. They bonded over their favorite music and discovered that they had crossed paths on multiple occasions, sharing friends and experiences without ever knowing each other.

Since that night, their lives have intertwined in the most beautiful way. Mykaela and John have Facetimed every night since, creating memories, supporting each other, and dreaming together.
